I found it interesting that there was a ballpark in Manhattan that hosted the Yankees and wanted to see where it was. Turns out it was right off Broadway and 168th street in the Washington Heights section of Uptown Manhattan. Here's a couple of pictures of the ballpark circa 1910-1912 or so.

See that building in the top picture that's behind the centerfield bleachers in the 2nd picture? That's the corner of 168thst and Broadway. What's in that neighborhood today? Well the ballpark is long gone of course, but the building shown so prominently in the pictures is still standing.
