For those of you who use announcements of new vulnerabilities in Adobe Flash to set your clocks, 4...3...2...1...Mark!

Yes, even more problems have been discovered and the War on Flash has begun in earnest. Some major sites and internet powers are calling for Adobe to just pull the plug and put an end to it. While that hasn't happened yet, it probably will eventually and good riddance to it. In the meantime, you may notice that sites that use Flash will by default not run the apps and will display security warnings about Flash to give you a choice about whether to assume the risk. Note that the Total-Trivia site uses no Flash. However, we do use the Parachat chat application to host our games and they allow entry via either Java or Flash. If you use the Flash version instead of the Java version and see a warning notice about it potentially being unsafe, that's going to happen to everyone and there's nothing I can do about it. You can either switch to Java or allow Flash to run here. If you want to keep using Flash, choose "allow and remember" so that you don't get the same security warning every time you play.
